About 

Val has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Touched by the profound effects yoga had in her life she decided to become a hands-on assistant and instructor in 2016. While guiding students to align and deepen their practice, she discovered a passion to help people relax into their bodies through safe nurturing touch. She believes in the body’s capacity to heal itself and in the importance to help it by managing stress and tension. She became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2018.

Her approach to massage is a combination of different modalities including Swedish, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and passive stretches depending on your specific needs. Her goal is to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
